There are two wires that run from the engine comp to the auto comp.

Does anyone know what theyt are and what signals the send?

Should be 12 (91 LE) or 13 (95 LE)wires runniing between them altogether. However, the harness with two wires (one white, one violet) tells the ECU what gear the trans is in.

There are two that run beteen the two comps.

Wire 224 and 331.

331 is red

224 can be either beige, black/red or green.

They tell the auto ecu something, what I need to know what exactly.

One will be aircon staus and the other engine temp status? The auto software has programs for when the A/C is on and when engine temp is high. The other thing it could be is what Aussieblue mentioned as the engine ECU has a stratagie for when the car is in reverse. Torque reduction mode to protect the reverse gear. I know in that mode it sends a freequency 25hz or 50hz depending if its in reverse or not
