Hi,

Is it possible to fit the centre instrument panel from a BA fairmont to a standard falcon, eg: climate control and larger LCD display? The up spec job is far sexier!
Has anyone done this?

It is possible, someone has done it. But be prepared to fork out big $$$$ to get it done.

If that was the guy with the XR8 ute who put Satnav in it, he had to pretty much rewire the ute himself and the only way he was able to do it was cos he knew someone on the production line at Ford who got him the right parts.

Mate sure it nice to install a fairmount icc in but it to much of pain, the best way is to get a icc off a xr, which has the colour screen, but the ac knobs look the same.
Once you install it u need for ford to reprogram your bcm, thats about $80
