Basic Upholstery Tutorials
Where can I find some basic vinyl upholstery tutorials. I with vinyl a hot day and a heat gun is your friend from what I have heard. So would I use spray adheasive to get it to stick to door panel or what or just real short staples? I was gonna cut new vinly peices exact size or a little larger than the old vinyl peices in my car. 1981 Ford LTD is my car, I am also wondering about other things such as painting the dash (plastic parts), what type of paint would I use, I want it to be flat black and look like it would it it were factory.

Big question I have is how did Ford get the sewing seams in the vinyl?
