Ok folks been lurking and sucking in as much info as possible on the forum for a couple of weeks now.
So I am trying to wire in the trailer plug in my AU11 Wagon instead of paying the local Ford stealer $93 for the factory plug it in deal.
So i get it all done accept for a glitch with the tail light...when i brake with the parkers on the whole deal goes out on the trailor also seems to light up the same filament as the tail lights if i apply the brakes without the tail lights on...confusing ay??
So anyone with a little elec knowlage or has been thru this before be of any assistance before i call it quits and payan auto elec to solve the dilema?

Sounds like the brake and/or tail lights are on the wrong connection
