Question Boot Carpet EF into EA

I was working on my car on the weekend as we all do (EA Ghia), and I thought that the boot configuration is very similar to an EF (from memory here), so I was wondering can anyone tell me how much of the boot carpet, panels, etc, will fit from an EF into an EA, the EF had the carpet plastic coated side panels in the boot, instead of the carpet stuck on cardboard that I have, and I like this idea better. I reliase that the plastic trim parts around the lights etc are really different and wont fit (or am I wrong).

All comments welcome, wish I had an EF to try the swap with, any one willing to help me test the theory.

I did put something here, but it vanshied, I think

"So long and thanks for all the fish!"
