Broken Wire-Brake lights stuck on in 1996 Contour
Hello, I am having an electrical problem and I'd appreciate the input of forum contributors. My 1996 contour was recently broken into and the would be thieves botched the hotwiring job. They cut a solid orange wire and the ground wire, as a result my brake lights are lite 100% of the time even when the car is shut off. I am having difficulty finding where this broken orange wire belongs, does anyone have some suggestions as to where I might look? I am a novice so any advice you off is greatly appreciated.
