Hi Guys, Im looking at getting a BA XT or futura.

is it possible to change the ICC to a fairmont based one with the larger mono screen.

Do the HVAC controls have the same plugs ???

any info would be good.

There are many many threads about this. I recommend using the search function. But here is the digest:

ICC cost is great
ICC's are fragile. Turning them upside down (or even past 40degrees past upright i think) brakes them. A slight bump can break them too.
The complete loom isn't there for an XT to Fairmont upgrade.
The fans are different.

A few other things as well. Basically cost and technically prohibative.

45,000km service coming up - and i'll be asking for a sizable list of fixes:
* Gearbox (3rd time)
* Steering click (5th time)
* Brake Shudder (2nd time, and has the applied "Fix")
* etc...
