Hi,

I have an EL Fairmont Ghia and the climate control unit flashed 3 times on startup, I pressed the mode + off buttons for the diagnostic and the error code comes up with E2, which is the blend motor. I am in Perth, does anyone know where I should take it to be fixed and roughly the cost involved.
I expect it would be around the $500 mark because of the labour....

I appreciate any information that anyone can provide for me and also for others who may read this post.

blend motor, should be a small box on top of the heater - a/c box behind the dash, it means basically removal of the dash, you may get away without coolant drain and a/c de-gas and re-gas, but i doubt things changed that much since the EA, so expect all that to be carried out.
