Well, I went and got a quote on the plastic today. I have good news and bad news.

The good news; it can be done.

the bad news; this is costing a little bit and will be a little way off.

I was planning to get one copy each of the mid and high series clusters today. The initial outlay for these 2 is $235. $85 of that is a programming cost, to get the CAD design into their system, fair enough.

That brings the plastic alone for the mid series to $90 and for the high series $60. You Fairlane and Ghia people are in luck.

I spose it's not bad, it'll still be half the price of what companies are charging for these, but I need to know this;

How many people are still interested? I can afford the $85 outlay, but obviously would be looking to transfer it over to the final cost. This is what seems fair to me; Whoever wants the first batch, put your name down. I'll then split the $85 evenly. Any one who orders after the first batch will pay the same price, just to make sure the early birds don't get ripped off.

First batch eta; 3-4 weeks. The guy there said 3 weeks would be about right to get me a set done.

So, who's in? Add yourself to the list and we'll go from there. Tell me what dash you have, don't worry about colours and such, yet.

just checking the math - the 85 is cad work on both and will be split against ALL people ordering (so far 85/3 = 28 a head), the cluster price for HIGH series = 60 and mid series = 90

Well let me first congratulate you Rob :D It should be interesting to see how these turn out! I can't wait. Unfortunately I won't be in for the first batch as it'd be pretty useless without the S-Pac dash!!
