dash pad

I have a xa sedan that i am restoring .The problem is that the dash pad/crash pad. Is from years of exposure to the sun it has massive cracks all over it. I want to know what it would cost to get it repaired ,or would it be cheaper to try and find one in better condition and how much would that cost
