Hi,

I am new to this, have been a "guest" viewer to the forum for a few months now. I have a problem with my 6 month old BA. Been to 2 dealers now and left the vehicle for over 2 days at each dealer.

There is a rattle, more of a tick noise emanating from the dash around the passanger air bag or just above the air bag. I have check as much as possible under the dash and the A pillar trim, glove box and air vents at the top of the dash. Also checked the engine bay area near the dash, no luck. Can someone help, its driving me nuts.

Check that upper left shockie mounting is tight. If loose it will sound like a dash rattle.

Hi Blue,

Just did that and it is still there. The odd thing is that even at the slightest of bumps at times its there, then at other times it does not make a noise unless I hit a storm water cover or a small pot hole. Do you think it could be from the inner plastic guard in the wheel well, might check that.

Will keep looking.
