Digital clock fades and resets in XF Ghia dash - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

G'day guys,

Just wondering whether any1 got any suggestions as to why my digital clock keeps resetting itself to 1:00 and fades everynow and then? Quick fix? I saw blueoalxfboy had the same problem.

sounds like one of the relays could have gone? check them all to make sure they are still working.

Freak i have the same problem and i checked all me relays and they are all fine so what is next would it be best just to take it to an auto electric guy to have a look at it

I had the same problem in my old S pac XF. First it was a relay, but next time it was one of the blade fuses near the ignition. Behind the panel where all your switches go. C heck them all to see if there blown or not.
