has it been hit or in an major prang , or has the door rubbers gone, and not for getting the pivet on the hinges on which the door sit,s is that all all lose and cactus,

it could be heaps of things

if the piller post is bent , or hinges worne out , or door is strected and busted at the hinge

the door striker moved on the centre piller

I under stand your after a process in alignment but if
A , is stuffed then
B , has no point

or you could just grab the bottom of the door at the back and give it a heve ho,

just a thought some one else will probly no more.

mark around the edge of the striker plate with a nicko , then loosen the two torx head screws, tap it in towards the interior of the car with a hammer and retighten the screws - test

IF, it dont work, you have the nicko marks to put the plate back where it was

Give it a go, fixed mine

Had the same kinda prob on my car. Best test i can think of is to go to the opposite door (if the wind nose is coming from the front passenger door, go to the front driver door) and with the door closed push on it and notice how much the door moved inwards. It shouldn't be much. Then go to the noisy door and do the same and it will probably move inwards more. If it does then do what SiX_iN_a_RoW said. Otherwise it might be something else. Adjusting the striker fixed the wind noise from my passenger side door.
