will a pair of AU bucket seats bolt staight into a '88 EA Falcon.
The seats in the ea are totally stuffed and can get a pair of AU seats for $80.

can i just ask, where are you getting AU seats for $80? I need to replace the front seats in my XF and AU seats would be a lot better than a new set of XF seats.

i can get a pair of AU seats for $80 as my brother works at a wrecker and he can get a pair for me cheapas he owes me big time

EA-EL seats, including long wheelbase Fairlane seats, are all interchangable with varying degrees of elbow grease.

AU seats would presumably have different rails, so you'd need to use a little more imagination.

My recommendation would be sourcing EF-EL seats from that same wrecker.

I dont see why they wouldnt fit if you used the existing rails from your seat on the new seats....ppl who put sports seats do this stuff all the time......

either that or use the au rails and drill a few more holes in the floor of the ea!!

Sounds good any chance of getting more info on a EBII or ED XR6/8 interior ie all seats and steering wheel and dash.
