ED climate control illumination

anyone ever pulled apart the climate unit on an ED to replace the bulbs? just wondering what kind they are and how many etc

1994 Fairmont Ghia ED Built 6/94 4.0 I6 Auto Full Leather Premium Sound Poly Green Clear Indicators AU3 Clear Side Repeaters Lowered Tints "OK LETS ROLL"

if its the same as an EA, just one bulb, big flat connection, same as the footwell light bulbs

I did put something here, but it vanshied, I think

can anyone tell me how to access that globe in the Climate Control panel? I've got the whole box out and it looks to be completely sealed. I'm not game to try anything rash unless I know for sure... else I might be forking out for a newie

It's a bit of a bitch to get open. See the clips around the outside of it (I think there's 7 of them), you need to push all of them in and pull the face out. I broke mine and I can get the face out easy as now days.

I used 4 screwdrivers, one down each side and it will sort of pop out.
