hi there all

my father's got a NA fairlane,
both headlight lens are now fogged up or clouded inside.

I read somewhere that someone had them dismantled and cleaned and re-sealed.
does anyone know anyone in sydney that could do it ?

do all ef + el ( and na / nl ) lights let moisture in that mucks up the lens ?

can you dismantle them yourself or are the really sealed with some kind of heat process ?

The lenses on EA to ED are glass and the EF/L are plastic. If you need a pair of good lenses I have two.

MADNC_8 is the peson to talk to as this is exactly what his job involves. Basically i think it involves pulling them apart and using wet/dry paper and a bit of water on them.

theres some polishing stuff you can rub them back and bring them back up again
