EF heater

Not sure if I have a problem or not but have recently started driving a my EF falcon wagon to work and not sure if the heater is working up to its full potential. It does get reasonably warm but takes around 30 minutes to get there on a cold morning. It doesn't do a good demisting job for quite a while. I am comparing this to the AUIII we also have which is basically hot by the time it has gone a couple of hundred metres and you are looking to turn it down.

Re: EF heater

Would have to say that it is not working properly.
Sis has an EL Ghia that the heater works fine afte 1-3 mins.
My XF heater works after around 3-5 mins.
This is on days around 5-15C

Re: EF heater

5 mins before mine starts to be quite warm... i'd say 30mins is a tad excessive?

Re: EF heater

Thanks. I'll have a look for some info on this. Both reasonably innexpensive and easy to replace I hope...
