What sort of globes does everyone use in there EF/EL??

I would like to get brighter ones, but there are many stories of the lenses going that yellow colour. So what are those 30% brighter globes like?? And are those BLUE ones any good??

And do they run H1 or h3 globes?? And why didn't ford use H4 in them?? would of made the highbeam a little better...

alot of little questions but comments are appreciated.

take a bulb out, read it, tell syou what it is.

55w bulbs only in ef/el gli's ..the 100w burns the lense since its plastic. :)

try the narva range, about $40 or so for a paid, well worthwhile, cheap brands blow, do NOT touch the actual BULB with your hands or fingers.. or will blow / not work instantly.
