Hi I've got an xf ute and just got some electric mirrors for it out of a zl fairlane but only have to the plugs that plug into the wiring loom!! Does any one know what wires go to what?

I did this a little while ago when i put the XF power mirrors in my XE Fairmont.

Heres the wiring diagram from the XF workshop manual.

I didn't have the factory wiring in car so i got some trailer wire loom and ran that under the dash and through the rubber stops on the body and the door. Then under the dash i cut back some of the trailer loom and attached the 12v accessory to a wire and the Neg to another wire, which gave me my power and neg at each mirror then connected the other wires at the mirrors as per the diagram. If you get what i mean

It worked a treat, the hardest part was drilling a hole in the rubber stops to thread the trailer wire through as its too bing the squeeze in the standard holes in the rubber stops.
