Electronic insrument Cluster Fuse

I have a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis LS. You won't believe this!! Every time I swing the drivers side sunvisor to block sun from the side. The #8 fuse for the dash, radio, and all interior lights blows. Also, the power door locks and keyless entry go out. This has been a long standing issue. I just recently figured out moving the sun visor is doing it. Happens every time.
Anybody ever had this one?

Re: Electronic insrument Cluster Fuse

Very common if you have illuminated vanity mirror on the driver side. It's connected to
the courtesy - colck circuit.
