Got a great 2000 Grand Marquis LS.

But have a couple of questions even google couldn't answer.

1. Where is the computer module (with the factory keypad code) located?

2. Adding add'l keys:

I have 2 working keys.

I've got a transponder blank off ebay, had it cut, but can't seem to add it.

I put in one key, turn to ignition for 1 second, then off.

I then put in the second key (within 10 seconds), turn to ignition for 1 second, then off.

I then put the new key in (within 10 seconds), turn to ignition for one second, then off - but it is not authorized (light never glows steady)
