Front Power Windows

I've had a lot of problems with my power windows (front only option) ive had them lubed before when they were going slowly...

Now the passenger window wont go up! Very annoying. Is this common? I'm taking her in to an auto electrician tommorrow for a bit of a tune and a fix.

I cant take my car out of the garage for the time being... GAY! Not happy...:dead:

Not a good look is it when windows take 20 minutes to go up!

I hear you, same thing happens to my fairlane, seems to be only the front tho. drivers side mainly, especialy when its wet it takes a long time to get up, is giving me the shits. ive had it lubed and everything, its still no good. I might have to change the tracks as suggested, its under warranty, but i really hate ford dealerships, id rather do it my self.

EL-Phat,
Warrenty for EL is 3 years or 100k which ever comes first. If your car is built April 1998 onwards you still have a chance to claim it under warrenty.

Also check that the switch is ok, perhaps it's just lost contact on the switch, see if the auto sparkies can give them a clean before changing regulators and/or power window assy.

The switch panel for the power windows is pretty easy to take off a few screws from memory.
