help

i am having some problems with my car (i can't think of the name its tell you how many kms you have gone. My currently sits on 193 122km and the one under it says 000 i reset it. it is on the speedo) sorry i couldn't think of the names anyway it has been like that for a week. Does know how i can fix it, If help everything else works

could someone please help me it is starting to piss me off. I can pick up a 2nd speedo from a mate but i don't want to waste money if it is a simple thing

Sorry frtmatt83 but you have lost me. What exactly is wrong? Has the odometer or trip meter stopped turning or has something else gone wrong? What model and year car are we talking about? If the trip meter has stopped just try resetting it a few times with a flicking action.

The odometer and trip meter have some little nylon cogs that drive them. One of the teeth is probably broken with is preventing it from turning.

Take the dash out and have a look!
