as the above says how do you change the bulbs behind the air con controls,mine are all out and it's getting annoying

pull off the dash surround.
should give u a much better idea at what needs to be taken off.
my EF air con has 2 globes in the back of it, i just have to take off the plastic dash surround and then you can take off the air con unit.

to access the Air Con lights you need to take off the cluster surround (3 screws at top and 2 hidden under dash accessed by taking off switching controls for boot release etc) then take off the radio surround (2 screws at top) and then take off the aircon/clock surround (2 screws hidden under dash accessed just above radio, 1 screw hidden behind cluster surround on the right hand side of the Air con controls, and 1 screw in the little storage box in that panel).

Once these are off you can remove the 4 screws holding in the air con controls, once removed simply pull slightly forward revealing the top of it. There are 3 little lights which screw in the top and shine down on the controls. These need to be bought from ford or you can hardwire in some LED's to the contacts.
