I have taken out all the screws and the window winder thing on the rear right door, but cant seem to get it off.
Looking under it there appears to be some sort of clips ther, but i cant get at them or see if they actually do anything.
I know in EAs you just lift it up and presto. But that doesnt want to work in my EF.
Does anyone know how to get the trim off?
Thanks in advance
Jase
p.s.
I will also be pulling out the front trims soon, so if there is anything i should know, let me know.

4th EB2 Fairmont, EL dash and interior, BBM, LSD etc etc
5th EB Fairmont Ghia 5L. All leather, lowered, exhaust etc
Encountered a similar problem in my ED. Dunno if it'd be the same method, but it might be worth a shot anyway. Try lifting it upwards (you mentioned about the EA) but try REALLY hard! I was surprised how strong they're held down.
I suggest you wait for another EF owner to confirm

you have to take the door handel off.. and its a good idea to wind the window down all the way before you start so there is less chance of damaging your tint.. i'm fairly sure from memory that you just have to lift once you have all the screws out and the winder and door handle off.. dont forget there is a screw in the bottom of the thing you grab the door with to shut it (Yeh, its a handle too but whats it called?)
Jase,
From the manual:
1. Remove the door lock button with multigrips (wrap the jaws in tape to protect the button) pull fimly upwards.
2. Remove window regulator handle (if applicable)
3. Remove door latch interior remote control handle
4. Remove door trim panel retaining screws
5. Ensure door lock rod is fully depressed, lift the door trim panel vertically to disengage the belt line moulding clips and clear the door lock rod.
CAUTION: Rotation of the door trim panel about the belt line moulding clips will damage the lock rod.
6. Disconnect any electrical connections (if applicable and remove the door trim panel.
cheers

first time i took it off it took A LOT of force to get the clips off at the top of the trim, on the window seal. don't be suprised if the window seal comes off with the trim
after the first time its off, its much nicer :)
