I have an EA Ghia, with cruise control, and my steering wheel when driving straight, has to be at slight angle, I want to take the steering wheel off and put it back on straight, now on the XF you popped out the little centre cap, cracked the nut off, reefed the wheel off and stuck it back on (the XF also had the horn on turn indicator), the EA looks a little tricker to do, as I have cruise control, and the horn, so how do I get to the nut to get the wheel off, I had a bit of a look, but didnt want to force things to much, any one done this before.

Nah just take the wheel off and put it straight. Easy as piss Dellboy, get the horn pad off (carefully) and then put an adjustable spanner on it or suitable size socket and turn it while holding the wheel.
Pull it off, put it straight and Bob's your uncle.
Well I got the pad off, carefully reefed it, then I had I managed to get the nut undone after a bit of effort, then the steering wheel just pulls off, really easily a baby could do it, I then stuck it on how I wanted it and no problem, put everythign back in.
TIP: remove the horn relay when putting the pad back on unless you like hearing your horn go *beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep* :0)
