Guys im getting an EB Gli and i want to install the S-Pack dash. How hard is it to wire up the oil gauge, Volt Meter and Taco. Why ford didnt have this stuff standard is beoynd me. it wasnt till the Ef RPM came std on the dash lol

Well it's a piece-o-piss to do. Just buy one and plug it in.
Just be sure you get the correct one ie; EB II(I assume you have a EB II 4.0L?). Pre EB II has a different resistance range fuel tank sender. You'll also need an oil pressure sender to replace the oil switch and plug it into the same wire.
I picked up an S-pack dash for $100 from the wreckers and bought a new pressure sender for $60.

you don't need to change anything on the fuel sender. EBII should plug in with no changes at all to the loom.
If the techo doesn't work when you plug it in then you will have to run a wire from a pink wire with a green stripe in the engine bay near the master cylinder to the very top left plug on the bigger plug that goes in to the dash. Brand new oil sender for the S pac dash is $50 but you can get them from the wreakers for less than 10

Just get one from an EBII and you won't have fuel gauge calibration problems.

I've been wanting to do this to my EBII for ages but couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone as to what was involved. Ford Forums to the rescue again! Problem is now I have bought a BA and am probably selling the EB tomorrow, I'll pass the info on to the new owner in case he decides to do it.
