I remember someone mentioning this before, my AU XR8's interior lights dont come on when a door is open. Its a cop car and apparently they cut the wire under the dash somewhere. Does anyone know what colour the wire is because my god there are some wires under there!! Or will my friendly Ford dealer be happy to remedy this annoying problem!! Thanks

Try pulling out the switch in the door jams.I think you'll find they pull them out there.

Where is the switch located in the door jam??, All i can find is black rubber grommets that have nothing behind them, sore fingers though!! Surely the cops are not this tricky??
