Late model seats into an XF

Will late model front seats, out of ea-ef and later models, fit into an xf?

Re: Late model seats into an XF

The easiest way to do it is get yourself a set of XG Ute seat rails and bolt the later model seats to them.
XG had EA/D seats, and the floor pan was the same as the XF.

How about putting EL seats in a XF falcon, can you also bolt the EL seats onto the XG rails?

Did they weld in the mounts for the split seat, the ED seat would be two halves and XF only had the centre bit that dropped down didnt it?

Not 100% sure on how they fitted it, but it fits well.

Re: Late model seats into an XF

ok thanks guys,
But as for the back seat out of an ea into an XF, it doesnt work, without modification of the parcel shelf and mounting points, not an easy task from what i could work out, i still have the seats in the shed to prove it.
