hi there new here. hope im in the right place. here is my situation 97 crown vic. all of a sudden i lost rear brake lights exept third one in back window. lost all blinkers, lost hazards, the front blinkers barely work if i work the blinker switch manually. no clicking sound either. i have the haynes manual. and notice there is no blinker relay thing like the old days. it has a solid state lighting control module. maybe this is the problem. i checked the fuses and tested the rear blinker bulbs for continuety. and the check out. i can fix alot of things but electrics are not my strong point. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks hardknocks

If they've all gone out together at once, it's most likely a common component.

hi there i figured out what was causing the problem. i suspected the lighting control module, but that was not the case. it was the multi function switch. and now it works.
