EF_XR8_KID

Hay all,
I have an EF XR8 and im having some trouble with the high beam, if im driving and turn my high beam on and leave them on after about 1min they start to flicker on and off by them self. Has this happened to anybody? What do i do?

I'd suspect the high beam relay; swap it with the horn one or another one to test this idea. Other less likely possibilities are:

Faulty alternator regulator.
Filements in the high beam halogen globes broken but making occasional contact (I've seen this in one high beam globe - two at the same time would be unusual - pull one and check).
