The fairlaine dash is basically the same as any EA - ED Ghia. all eseries used the same basic shape fot the dash board, the things that differed were options like trip computer / clock, climate / non climate air con, instrument cluster (3 types).

Yeah i know. What I'm after is pics of the Digital Dash that the ghia/fairlane have. If anyone has any pictures of this digital dash, i would be greatly appreciative.

Cheers,
Gavin Kennedy

That steering wheel is Photoshopped so it doesn't actually have woodgrain. The dash is from a DA LTD.

Cheers guys!

Although, for some reason i was lead to believe that the dash was fully digital.
In actual fact it appears that the taco is analog along with fuel and temp. And only the speedo and doors open thing are digital.

Oh well.
Makes me think twice about putting digi dash in. Any thoughts. I guess its kinda based on what ya like.

From what ive read (a fair bit) it doesnt seem all that hard to install...

Ill have a ponder, if anyone has any 2c they wanna throw in, im truly all ears.

Cheers,
Gavin Kennedy

Keep the S pack dash. By going to the digital one you will actually lose the oil pressure gauge and voltmeter. Not worth it just to gain the digital speed readout and the door open display in my opinion.

Yeah, i'd prefer the s-pack dash in an s-pack. I've actually thought about swapping my digital dash for an s-pack dash in the past because of the extra gagues that it has. The "door open display" is pretty useless IMO and way too big. It could easily be 1/10th the size it is now and still be just as effective and as a result it would also leave room for the oil and volt gagues.
