Got my new carpet today from TruFit Carpets, waiting to get my car back from the manual conversion so I can put it in, going to remove the centre console and have the gear stick coming straigh outa the carpet.

imo, keep the console...
nice lookin' carpet though, they certainly do a good job with them!

i hate replacing carpet :o
i am never taking my seats out again...
i got 2 layers of EF carpet, EF Ghia carpet over the top of the EF GLi carpet... it was a bastard of a job getting the seats back in!
