NL door trims into an EB

I have a question regarding the above,

I've heard that the doof handle needs to have something modified to beable to work. Does anyone have details of this?

yeah use inner handles and matchin door trims of a el or nl fiut straight into a eb

I'm pretty sure you have to put in a pop-rivet nut because the original eb door handle holes dont line up, I dont know if you have access to a pop-rivet nut but they are basically like a big pop rivet but have thread in the middle of them and you need a special tool to put it in.

Those things are ****s of things when you want to get em out. I presume theyre the same things they use on the window regulators?

yer NZ ya apparently have to get the same rivets as you would use for the electric windows. and ya rekon u know evrything ey?

bah.......

just put the door handel on with the new trim and use a self tapper straight through where the new hole should be. Easy as pie. NL trims in your EB hey. Wanna swap them for some XR ones????

Also the rod needs to be bent to work properly
