hey guys and girls i just found a set of full charcoal leather nl fairlane ghia seats and door trims and was wondering if they fit into an ea.
i hear the front seats wont bolt in at the back because the guides locate further back is this true?
fairlanes also use wagon rear doors will the door trims fit onto a sedan rear door?
and will there be a problem with putting in the back seats?
i was trying to source eb/ed fairmont ghia but i couldnt find any anywere, and nl ghia is the same price as eb/ed! should i just wait and get the eb/ed or just settle for nl, i really wanted the square headrests but i guess these would look good too?
any one know how hard it would be to change power windows from one door to another (a door with out p/w)
any help would be appreciated
Ehab

Door trims fit. The issues are with the front seats, as you said, and the side bolsters for the rear seats. Talk to Walki or Rymerz as they have both done it.
with the front seat check out my site(page 4 afik) on fitment there is a pic of what i did to put the seat in(not recomended though, really dodgy(oh and any one who wishes to comment on my fitment :::the seats are not installed anymore!!!:::)

Ehab, you will need to work on the front rails and also on the back seat hinges and boulsters. Chris put a SWB interior into his NA fairlane and had to do the oppocite to what you will need to do, give him a buzz.

NEED:, look at what tommi did for a "what not to do - how to get a defect if you get pulled over" type scenario.
MightyEFGhia.....?? put the EF Ghia seats into his NA Fairlane using the EA type console / floor. he'd be the one to talk to in regards to modding the seat rails for that.
Rmyers fitted a section of the EF Floor to mount the EF console and hand brake lever, which has the correct fitting for the seats, so he never had to mod his seat rails at all
sounds like there some work involved, and lately ive been slack as, so i think im just gonna wait and find eb/ed fairmont ghia interior. atleast its a straight swap. walki got any ideas were to call to find some?
mad_ea_spac - just ask walki how dodgy i am, its my other middle name!

he never actually got a defect. but lets just say a long bolt through the floor, with a piece of pipe thats the right height, isnt exactly engineering excelance
