k8bew Registered User Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 1	No access through firewall on 05 Taurus I have an 05 Taurus. After repeated attempts I can not find a location to fish a 12 gauge power cable from the battery through the firewall to supply a vhf transceiver. Has anyone had the same problem ? Thanks in advance

Dono Registered User Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 2	Re: No access through firewall on 05 Taurus What I have done is to locate a rubber grommet feeding wires through the firewall, punch a hole in the grommet and force the wire through. The grommet will seal around the wire. Worked for me .... good luck. Dono
