2003 Ford Escape. Last week replaced fuse panel box because there was no power going to radio/clock console. 2 days later, upon starting vehicle, the radio stopped working. Now radio/clock works in Park & Neutral but not in Drive or Reverse. Any advice would be appreciated.

Seems that water leakage may be causing a short. Since last post, I have noticed that power frequently continues to go to clock console after key has been removed from ignition. This frequently occurs after periods of rain or snow melt. Any ideas on how this can be permanently fixed?
