xf fairmont ghia digital fuel gauge constanly shows empty flashes replaced sender and instrument panel please help

Have you checked the wiring from the gauge to the tank??

what EBXR said...

wiring commonly gets damaged as it goes from the sender along the boot floor to the wiring loom down the drivers side of the car..

Could also be some sort of earthing issue...

Mind you the XD - XF electronic fuel senders were problematic from the factory let alone now!
