Power Outlets Not Working - Fuse is fine

I have a 2002 Sport Trac. Recently the power outlets (all three) stopped working. They will not provide power to my car or GPS chargers, and if I leave a charger plugged in for more than five minutes, it gets really hot.

The fuse looked fine but I replaced it anyway, and it didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas what's happening? No other problems with the electrical system, that I am aware of.

Thanks for your help.

Is there power in the center of the sockets? If it gets hot with something plugged in, there must be current there unless it's feeding backwards. If it's not working, why do you leave the GPS plugged in?
