Hi guys,

A couple of years ago I was about to go interstate and my passenger side power window crapped itself and just dropped down. A mechanic said it was the regulator that had gone or something. Anyway, I had to leave the next day, so I just had him fix the window up in place. The other day the door got shut hard and the window seems to have slipped down a little.

So its time for me to get it fixed.

Does anyone have any idea around how much I would be looking to pay to have the power window on one side of an EF XR6 replaced/fixed?

If its just the regulator/if the whole mechanism needs replaced?

generally its the whole regulator that needs replacing.
brand new from ford costs $180ish for the regualtor
2nd hand from a wrecker will be about $80ish
its not hard to replace yaself if ya keen
