re-doing roof lining - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

hi guys. i have taken out my roof lining because i needed to in order to take my roof racks off. my interior is white and black and i would like to get my roof lining done in white. where would i get this done and how much would it cost? also some of it has started to sag, the actual board has, not just the fabric. would i need a new one or can it be repaired? thanks

I still have the one from the EL, it's light cappiccino in colour, good condition and I want $10. Let me know.

I don't know how you'd change the colour, perhaps it can be dyed.

lol since last time i thort u wouldnt wana sell me anything mate. lol. so is it for just the wagon part or the cabin aswell? are there any saggy bits at all?

Nah the car was as new inside. I've got both pieces and even the plastic trimmings, but some have broken clips.

professional your looking at around $250 if they removed and reinstall or $165 if you removed and install yourself.

You know what I did? I went to spotlight (any fabric store will do) buy some light fabric in your colour and buy some spray on glue (like spray paint but its glue) sticks damn good just use a fair bit, and since the material is quite light it should be fine for a few years....costs about $20 all up...

now thats an idea! i might ask a interior trimmer what sorta glue they use tho so it lasts. thanks. also jack will u be coming down geelong anytime?

Joel, that's the thing, even if I were coming to Geelong this wouldn't fit in my car. You might find the price is right even if you have to budget a few dollars in fuel.
