iamford Registered User Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 2	replacing ignition coil 97 ford escort I have a 1997 Ford escort and have been told the ignition coil is bad. It looks very basic to replace, disconnest, unbolt, install new and re-connect?? Is there anything I should look out for??
