A good trimmer should be able to rebolster the seat sides to give you a little bit more support, you could do the rear seat to give you basically two seating positions, you should then be able to reuse the centre material and retrim the seat sides in a darker shade (say two tone grey) always does look good.
I would imagine if your seats are in good nick and you can reuse some of the material you'd probably spend around the 800 - 1000 dollar mark. Shop around!
