Roof Lining

Hey all
I have an EA and my roofling is sagging. Anyone know how much it would cost to get this repair or replace?

David

I've got the same problem.

Best thing to do would be pull out the roof lining from inside the car, buy some spray on adhesive for the material and stick it back down, making sure you dont crease the material on the way.

That's what i'm going to do anyway.

Re: Roof Lining

What is a good price to have it done professionally?

Couldn't tell you dude.

If you took it out and fitted it yourself, i'd say it'd be under 50 bucks. Call a few motor trimmers around the place and get some quotes.

Re: Roof Lining

I pulled mine out (the whole lot) took the material off cleaned it, got adhesive spray and put it back togther.
Also did my mates the other day, but we went and brought new material, so it would fit properly then we could put holes in it, plus its black :)

I reakon it would cost you $40 for material $10 for spray and $50+ for labour if you were to get it done by a "pro" but that way you should have a warrenty and stuff, dont forget to shop around!

Re: Roof Lining

I have been calling around a few places and the average price i got was around the $240 mark. I think i will give it a go myself and then if i stuff it up then take it to them to do it properly.
Thanks for the input guys

David
