Accidentally broke my room lamp switch yesterday in my NL !
such a flimsy design! Tiniest piece of plastic!

Has this happened to anyone else before? and whats the go in replacing the part?

Does the entire dash have to come out to get to it? or can the headlight switch be removed or something?

If youre talking about the little bit that sticks out from behind the headlight switch (the bit you flick up to turn the interior lights on), then yes you can replace it. Just pull the main switch off, and you'll be able to pull the broken one off, Ford do sell them and they're about $6 each.

sweet, thanks mate - so the main switch just pulls off does it? (headlight rotary switch)

coz i tried to before, but it wouldnt move? should i just use more brute force to pull it off then?

(sorry for askin a dum question - its just i wanna be sure i dont break anythign else, lol)

use a small flat blade screwdriver, and pry it off. a jewlers flat blade screwdriver is more ideal
