Greetings, I purchased an EF Xr6 about 2 months ago. Everything has been fine, until now. I have just clocked over 160000kms and i have noticed that a spanner has appeared on the digital odometer, i have no idea what this means. Unfortunately the car did not have the manual so I am at a complete loss. Any help would be apreciated.

It just means that your XR is due for a service, it's only a reminder sort of deal.

To get rid of it next time you get in to go somewhere turn the key so the accesories are on but the engine is'nt running the press and hold the reset button on the speedo for 5 to 15 second's or until it beep's and the spanner disapear's, you'll have to do this every 10,000 klm's or so.
