Speedometer Not Working - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

2 days ago on my 2000 Crown Victoria, the speedometer, odemeter and trip gauges just completely stopped working. All the rest of my gauges work (oil pressure, temp, fuel, etc.) I have heard that it may be the speed sensor. Are there any other possibilities? It wasn't acting up prior to this (needle jumping or bouncing) it just stopped completely. Thanks.

Update: A buddy of mine and I replaced the speed sensor today and it didn't do anything. We also checked all the fuses, none were blown.
