I have a 1999 Mercury Mystique. I have gone through 3 sunroof motors in 80,000 miles. The motor eventually grinds away the plastis gears in the assembly transmission. I am looking for solutions.
Does anyone have the same porblem and discovered a solution? The motors are $311 new and one can grow weary of that expense.
