Could someone please help me out with an idea as to what interior parts came with Tickford options/logos in them? I'm wanting to make the interior of my EF a little classier and I figure seeing as the rest of the car has badges all over it I may as well continue with the interior!
For starters, did any seats (doesnt matter what model they're from) come with the Tickford Logo embroidered into their trim? The only option I can come up with is some custom seat covers.
And also, did the EF/L XR's have the Tickford Logo in their instrument cluster? I don't think they did, I know AU's did but their clisters wont fit into an EF.
i kno EF xr's didnt cause my parents have got a xr6 and its the same as a fairmont cluster... but i think the EL's might have... dont quote me! speaking of seats, the T series cars have tickford logos on them... not sur about ne others though...... why dont you get the logo stiched on by a pro... if its possible which im pretty sure it would be, cheers shan

Is it actually a tickford vehicle. If not, why bother with the tickford badges. IMO you would be better off with some custom or ford logos on the covers, something original not fake. To answer your questions, I can't recall any tickford vehicles coming with logos on their interiors. The EL however, did come with tickford logos on the instrument cluster.
Tickford essentially means what - maybe 5kw above standard on the XR models?! Seeing as it's no longer around it doesn't bother me. Besides, I have a Tickford Snorkel , what more do I need?! hehe.
At least I'm not putting FPV or FPR all over a car that was made before they even existed.........
Some times it appears stupid, but my mate has HRT seat covers and thats not really a bad thing, it just shows he likes it, same with the HSV sticker on his windscreen.
Second to that, I dont think the tseries cars had the tickford logo in the seats - they had TE/TS/TL50 stitched into them.
