Hey all,
I just wanted to know everyones opinion on tinted tail lights on ea falcons and if any one has done it do you have some pics?

Im thinking about doing it to mine but i saw an el falcon that just had the amber blinkers on the tail light tinted and it looked mad!

To my eyes they sort of look tinted anyway. Then there are potential legal/insurance/safety issues, etc. But if you like it and are prepared to take the risks, then go for it (probably a spray-on tint would be easiest).

i tinted the tail lights on a white EA and it looks awesome.
i used the spray on stuff. was easy to do.

HEy dude ok i tinted my lights ages ok when i had Ea lights on there was good but yeah yellow sticker material.

anyway i recommend to change ya lights to Eb style.
i have a spare EB garnish. but ya just need to get the EB lights a little re wiring for the reverse lights etc but it is good once done. I am gladi did it.

The thing with EB lights is that they are tinted already so they look really Good..

Fairlanes/LTD's have the rear light cluster tinted. The way its done is that the whole external plastic lense is grey and underneath it they have the proper coloured lenses for brakes, indicators etc...this is all legal of course as it comes out of the factory like that.

However the FE LTD rear lights looked the best...they were an even darker tint and the whole light cluster looks tonnes better than a DA.
Come to think of it the FE LTDis an awesome looking car altogether. They looke really mean when they're lowered with wide tyres.

i have tinted my tail lights and my front indercators. looks great .I haven't been pulled up for them yet . they look but keep going

Yeah I tinted my lights at the rear agez ago + I passed the pits with it on so im not complaining. bout that ay! :)

The front headlight look mad when there tinted but that stands right out and produces poor lighting at night so I took it off the front untill i get some covers or somp
